November 2025 Teacher of the Month

St. Monica is truly fortunate to have a teacher like Ms. Perryman. Her passion for teaching inspires a love of learning in her students.  In our St. Monica community, our teachers are deeply valued for their dedication and commitment to the well-being and growth of each student, even in challenging times.

Ms. Perryman has embraced taking on more students with grace, prayer, and optimism during the recent fourth-grade transition.   She inspires confidence and resilience in her students by relating to them and helping them understand material in an easy, meaningful way.  She generously dedicates her time to tutoring those who need extra support, ensuring every child feels capable and confident. One parent said that her child went from 14 percent math fluency to 94 percent in less than a semester with the help of Ms. Perryman.
 
She is more than a teacher, though.  She guides her students in character development, teaching virtues and helping them grow closer to God.  One parent said that because of Ms. Perryman, her children pray more and are constantly growing in their relationship with God.  
 
During the restructuring of 4th grade, she has remained a steady source of peace and stability.  She invests in her students and has earned the respect, trust, and love of parents and children alike in 4th grade in such a short time.  She asks for nothing and gives her all every single day.  She is a living example of the love of Christ.
