Students are admitted to St. Monica Catholic School based on the following criteria:
Completed application with required documentation
Screening/Placement Test
Principal/Director Recommendation (if applicable)
Teacher Recommendation (if applicable)
Student Records (if applicable)
3's class - must be 3 on or before September 1, potty trained, and have a sibling currently enrolled at St. Monica Catholic School
3's class - if there are more qualified candidates than allotted seats, a random drawing will be held to determine the priority of admission
4’s class – must be 4 on or before September 1 and potty trained
Kindergarten - 5th Grade Admission Criteria
Students are admitted to St. Monica Catholic School based on the following criteria:

Kindergarten candidates must be 5 years old on or before September 1
1st Grade candidates must be 6 years old on or before September 1
After academic eligibility is confirmed and all information is received, the Admissions Committee determines the admission of new students to St. Monica Catholic School.
6th - 8th Grade Admission Criteria
Students are admitted to St. Monica Catholic School based on the following criteria:
Completed application with required documentation
Family Interview
Screening/Placement Test
Principal Recommendation
Math Teacher Recommendation
English Teacher Recommendation
Student Records
After academic eligibility is confirmed and all information is received, the Admissions Committee determines the admission of new students to St. Monica Catholic School.
Prospective students shall receive priority in the admission process using the following guidelines:
Registered St. Monica Catholic Church families in “good standing” with a currently enrolled sibling.
Families with a currently enrolled sibling.
Registered St. Monica Catholic Church families in “good standing”.
Non-parish families that are current with respect to all financial commitments at their home parish and/or previous school.
Has a parent or sibling who graduated from St. Monica Catholic School.
New applicants (If necessary, a random selection process will be used to determine placement.)
Non-Catholic families that are current with respect to all financial commitments at their home church and/or previous school.
