After School Program

2025-2026 After School Program Registration
Currently, our After School Program is not accepting new registrations. Please email Lisa Bell if you would like to be notified if there is an opening.

St. Monica offers an optional After School Program on days, including half days, when school is in session. The only days the After School Program will not be offered are Holy Thursday and the last day of school.

The After School Program is offered at an additional cost to students who are registered at St. Monica in Pre-K through 8th grade. Charges are billed through FACTS and are due on the 15^th of the month from August to May. Please review the age level to determine program charges.

• The full-time annual program is broken down into 10 even monthly payments, taking into consideration the total number of days the program is offered each school year. Monthly charges are billed whether or not the student attends the program.
• The part-time program varies by age level. For Pre-K -4th grades, part-time covers 5 hours each week, with any additional hours (over the 5 weekly hours) billed at $12 per hour for each additional hour. Monthly charges are billed whether or not the student attends the program. For 5th-8th grades, part-time is charged by the hour at $12 per hour.

Changes in After School Program status can only be made at the end of the first semester and before the beginning of the second semester (December 19, 2025- January 4, 2026).

The program coordinator is on-site and available to staff, children, and parents. 

Receipts for After School  Program payments can be printed from the family FACTS account. To print an After School Program receipt: log into your FACTS account through Family Portal, select “View Details”, select “View Payment Summary”, select the date range, and print.

*Please note registration must be completed at least 24 hours before students attend the program.
